WITH POLYAMIDE COVER (MCR1P - MCR2P)

Features: it is a matter of assembled cover/JB which avoid any steps on the pole. Furthermore it will meet the outline of the slot giving the original shape to the poles. The cover will be tight till the pole surface level by a very special mounting tool supplied with the “NO STEP” kit.

Code number including the aluminium cover MCR1A and MCR 2A. Code number including the polyamide cover MCR1P and MCR 2P.

M4-1

DOUBLE ISOLATION MASTER JUNCTION BOXES

 

Series of JB with inspectional cover.

 

Type M4, double DIN (46277/3) rail to allow the four poles three ways terminal strip to be selected between 6, 16, 35, 50 sqmm., fuse carriers and any sort of extra accessories like MCB’s, surge arrestor etc.

 

The M4 comes completed of two series of rubber grommets to permit a perfect tightness of the in/out feeder cables.

 

After the installation of M4 inside the pole, the slot can be closed by the NO STEP cover 100x350 p/n P/100-350A

 

Dimensions (base x height x deep) 80x345x90 mm.

 

Minimum pole diam. 127 mm.

Double isolation (class 2) according to CEI 64-8/4 standard.

M5-1

DOUBLE ISOLATION MASTER JUNCTION BOXES

 

Type M5, double DIN (46277/3) rail to allow the four poles three ways terminal strip 4x16 plus one or two fuse carriers.

 

The M5 is supplied with an extra dome polycarbonate service door in order to

permit to assemble one or two MCB’s instead of fuse carriers.

 

The M5 comes completed of two rubber grommets to permit a perfect tightness of the in/out feeder cables.

 

After the installation of M5 inside the pole, the slot can be closed by the NO STEP cover 45x186 p/n FP/45-186A.

 

Dimensions (base x height x deep) 44x269x68 mm.

 

Minimum pole diam. 89 mm.

 

M5 series are made of polyamidic resin 6.6 self-extinguishing, infrangible.

M9

3 WAYS DOUBLE ISOLATION MASTER JUNCTION BOXES

 

J.B. with inspectional polycarbonate cover. J.B. M9, double DIN rail to allow the five poles three ways plus branch terminal strip 5x3x35 sqmm., fuse carriers and any sort of extra accessories like MCB’s, surge arrestors etc.

 

The M9 comes completed of two series of rubber grommets to permit a perfect tightness of the in/out feeder cables.

 

After the installation of M9 inside the pole, the slot can be closed by the NO STEP aluminium cover 100x350 p/n P/100-350.

 

Dimensions (base x height x deep) 345x115x90 mm.

 

Minimum pole diameter 127 mm.

 

The 3 ways M9 allows the interconnection between the main feeder and a cross road using the same J.B. and the same terminal strip 5x3x35 sqmm.

Furthermore we have additioned the sliding DIN rail carrier in order to allow the relevant natural position of it after the wiring.

 

M9 is made of polyamidic resin 6.6 self-exstinguishing, infrangible.

 

Double isolation class 2 according to CEI 64-8/4 standards.
